How did you get those chillies so shiny? Did you spray them with oil or something?
OK. Credit where credit is due. Big Al took the photos and he is a professional photographer so I did have help. And yes, we sprayed them with oil. Garlic flavoured olive oil as it happens, it is a great food stylists trick.
